Valid for three years from the day of purchase. It works across several orders and keeps its remaining balance, for Hadity Laser pens and Harmony pieces by Etherea.

Questions about the card

Where can it be used?
At the Hadity Laser store for every pen, engraving and gift wrapping, and for Harmony pieces by Etherea ordered through the same store. It cannot be used to buy another gift card.
What if the order costs less or more than the card?
If it costs less, the rest stays on the card for a later order; if it costs more, you pay the difference online or by bank transfer. You can use up to three cards on one order.
How long is it valid? Can it be refunded?
Three years from the day of purchase, shown on the card. It cannot be exchanged for cash; we refund an unused card if you ask within seven days of buying it.
What is the bonus credit?
When you buy a card that shows a bonus next to its amount, you get that bonus for yourself on a separate card once you have paid. Use it in the store like a gift card within the period written on it; it cannot be exchanged for cash and does not add up with a seasonal offer on the same card (the larger one applies). If the card is refunded, the bonus is cancelled and whatever was spent from it is deducted from the refund.
Is there VAT on it?
No VAT is charged when you buy the card; VAT applies to the products when it is used and appears on that order’s invoice.
